Gary Cornick is Chief Executive Officer of Certifinder. Previously, he founded and served as President of LexisNexis PeopleWise, a national pre-employment screening company that was acquired by global information provider LexisNexis. Gary is a recognized industry expert in the fields of employment screening and public records research and was a founding member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
Brad Moss is Chief Operating Officer of Certifinder. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer for LexisNexis PeopleWise and was instrumental in helping build the company from a small start up into one of the market leaders in pre-employment screening. Prior to LexisNexis PeopleWise, Brad served as an executive manager for several large and small companies including Bluebonnet Savings Bank.
Ed Moss is Chief Technology Officer of Certifinder. Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer for LexisNexis PeopleWise where he led all development efforts for the PeopleWise technology platform. Prior to LexisNexis PeopleWise, Ed served as a Senior Manager and Software Development Team Lead, Software Project Lead and Director of Engineering Operations and Strategies at WordPerfect Corporation and later Novell Inc.
Tom Pilkington is Senior Vice President, Sales at Certifinder. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales for LexisNexis PeopleWise where he was responsible for creating a high performance national sales force as well as directing all marketing efforts. Tom has spent over 20 years in sales and sales management, providing solutions to HR, Risk, Compliance, and Security professionals within organizations ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
Questin Francis is Senior Vice President, Development at Certifinder. Additionally, he serves as Director of IT Solutions at DCQ Engineering. Prior to DCQ, he was the Director of IT/Engineering for LexisNexis Screening Solutions where he led development and IT infrastructure/support teams. Questin has held various positions including Software Engineer, IT Manager, Systems Achitect and Systems Administrator.
